Local Hampton Hill residents Tim and Lisa Jones have decided to sell their 2-bed family home in a very unconventional way – by selling raffle tickets, to raise money for a very good cause.
As long as you’re over 18, each raffle ticket (which cost £5 each) puts you in with a chance of winning the home when the draw takes place on 16 May 2018.
The house is a beautiful end of terrace Victorian cottage, with two bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom, located 200m from the Hampton Hill gates of Royal Bushy Park. The shops, bars and restaurants of Hampton Hill High Street, as well as local transport facilities, are all immediately to hand.

Tim Jones, director at London Welsh Developments Ltd, is currently in the process of setting up the LWD Foundation with business partner, Barrie, where they have decided to raise money to help build a school in Kenya.
The LWD Foundation and Kenya project was born from a chance meeting with an amazing person who established the Volunteers Foundation in 2011. Since then, the inspiring individual has set up a school which educates 150 children. With the workforce and skill-set behind London Welsh Developments, the team are hoping to help build a new school which will accommodate an extra 150 children.
An opportunity to give back, the LWD Foundation will set out to help children brought into this world under difficult circumstances through no fault of their own. The goal is to raise £100,000 to help fund the build.
